MID-DAY-MEAL workers’ union affiliated with AICCTU is campaigning in many districts of Odisha for their wages and working conditions on a demand charter formulated by the All India Scheme Workers’ Federation. A village level campaign is going on in Rayagada district where activists of CPIML are joining them in protest rallies and meetings. On 15 December and rally was held in Padmapur block near Gunupur town highlighting the demands.
