CPIML strongly condemns the murder of Mahadalit Chandeshwari Rishidev by dominant sections in Ward No. 9, Raghunathpur South in Bhargawan, Araria District. This murderous attack was perpetrated on 10 October by dominant sections to drive away Mahadalit families from their land. Many other people were also injured in the attack and are presently battling for life. The list of injured persons in the Bhargawan attack:

CPIML demands the arrest of all the perpetrators of the Bhargawan criminal attack incident.
